นิทรรศการ “สมยศ หาญอนันทสุข”
หอศิลป์ g23 ศูนย์ศิลปกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ
หอศิลป์ g23 มีความยินดีที่จะนำเสนอนิทรรศการจิตรกรรมของ สมยศ หาญอนันทสุข ศิลปินไทยที่ได้รับทุนการศึกษาไปเรียนที่เมืองมิวนิกประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี ซึ่งหลังจากที่จบการศึกษาได้ใช้ชีวิตและทำงานศิลปะที่นั่นมาเป็นระยะเวลาเกือบ 40 ปี ซึ่งประสบการณ์การเรียนการทำงานศิลปะในต่างแดนของศิลปินนี้จะช่วยเปิดโลกทัศน์ให้กับผู้ชมงานศิลปะในเมืองไทย ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของหอศิลป์อันจะนำมาซึ่งประโยชน์ในการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ และสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ศิลปะให้กับประชาชนชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติที่แวะเวียนมาที่หอศิลป์ร่วมสมัยแห่งนี้
สมยศ หาญอนันทสุข เป็นศิลปินไทยที่มีการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีชื่อเสียงในระดับสากล โดยผลงานจิตรกรรมของสมยศดำเนินไปในแนวทางนามธรรม ที่ดำรงสาระทางสุนทรียะที่เป็นส่วนตัว อันเป็นสาระที่เต็มไปด้วยการบริโภคผ่านแนวคิดวัตถุนิยมที่ได้มีการคัดสรรและเลือกสรรแล้ว จึงทำให้รูปทรงและพื้นผิวในผลงานของเขาเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามสาระของการบริโภคข้อมูลในแต่ละห้วงเวลา นิทรรศการครั้งนี้ หอศิลป์ g23 ได้ร่วมกับศิลปินรวบรวมและคัดสรรผลงานตลอดระยะสิบกว่าปีนับแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2543 โดยในนิทรรศการจะพบเห็นพัฒนาการ และความเปลี่ยนแปลงของแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์ของศิลปินได้เป็นอย่างดี
นิทรรศการ “สมยศ หาญอนันทสุข” จัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ - 29 กรกฎาคม 2555 ณ หอศิลป์ g23 ชั้น 2 อาคารนวัตกรรม ศ.ดร.สาโรช บัวศรี มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

“Somyot Hananuntasuk Painting”
g23 Gallery at the Art Center of Thailand, Srinakharinwirot University
g23 proudly presents the painting exhibition of Somyot Hananuntasuk, a Thai artist who was granted a German scholarship. After the study, he has lived and worked in Munich for almost 40 years. His experiences abroad can widen the attitude and perspective of audience in Thailand which also relate to the gallery mission to increase art knowledge and experience of local and international visitors.
Somyot Hananuntasuk is an international well-known Thai artist with consistent creativity in visual art. Somyot’s paintings are Abstract Art that show personal aesthetic essence processed through the cautious consumption of materialism. Form and surface appeared in his works are created according to the consumption of information in particular time.
This exhibition, g23 Gallery and artist accumulated and selected the artworks that were created within 10 years since the year 2000. The exhibition will show the development and the change in creative process of the artist.
“Somyot Hananuntasuk Painting” is during February 12 – July 29 2012 at g23 Gallery, 2nd Floor Professor Dr. Saroch Buasri Building, Srinakharinwirot University.
